中信证券维远股份在上交所主板上市 一举问鼎全省有史以来最大化工企业IPO和近五年最大IPO项目

9月15日，利华益维远化学股份有限公司在上海证券交易所主板成功挂牌上市，市委副书记、市长陈必昌出席上市仪式并致辞。

上海证券交易所安全运行专业委员会副主任委员张晓京，中信证券股份有限公司党委副书记、总经理杨明辉、中国工商银行山东省分行行长赵桂德、省地方金融监管局副局长李坤道、副市长李俊峰、中泰证券股份有限公司董事冯艺东等出席仪式。

陈必昌对维远股份成功上市表示热烈祝贺。

他在致辞中表示，东营地处黄河入海口，既是一座特色鲜明的湿地之城，也是一座充满活力的现代产业新城。

维远股份本次IPO募集资金总额达40.65亿元，成为全省有史以来A股最大的化工企业IPO，也是全省近五年来最大的IPO项目。

On September 15th, Lihuayi Weiyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. was successfully listed on the main board of Shanghai Stock Exchange. CHEN Bichang, Deputy Secretary of CPC Dongying Municipal Committee and Mayor of Dongying City attended the listing ceremony and delivered a speech ZHANG Xiaojing, Vice Chairmen of the Safe Operation Professional Committee of Shanghai Stock Exchange, YANG Minghui, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of CITIC Securities Company Limited, ZHAO Guide, President of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Shandong Provincial Branch, LI Kundao, Deputy Director of Shandong Local Financial Supervision and Administration, LI Junfeng, Vice Mayor of Dongying City, FENG Yidong, Director of Zhongtai Securities Co., Ltd. and others attended the ceremony.

CHEN Bichang extended warm congratulations to Weiyuan for its successful listing. He said that located where the Yellow River flows into the sea, Dongying is a distinctive wetland city as well as a modern industrial city full of vitality. In recent years, Dongying has been committed to completely, accurately and comprehensively implementing the new development philosophy, and vigorously developing high-end petrochemical, biomedicine, new materials, new energy, high-end equipment manufacturing and other competitive industries while adhering to the principle of innovation-oriented. A large number of large and high-quality projects have been implemented smoothly, and a large number of reserve listed companies with great development potential and strong innovation ability have grown rapidly, among which Weiyuan is the most outstanding representative.

CHEN Bichang also said that it is hoped that Weiyuan will take the listing as a new starting point, constantly improve the management level and development quality, and give back to the society and the investors with excellent performance. CPC Dongying Municipal Committee and Dongying Municipal People’s Government will further improve the policy and service system, support the better and faster development of the listed companies, and support more high-quality enterprises to access to the capital market. It is hoped that Shanghai Stock Exchange and various intermediaries and investment organizations will continue to give concern and support to Dongying, and help more enterprises in Dongying to access to the capital market and achieve high-quality development.

Since its establishment in 2010, Lihuayi Weiyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. has been engaged in continuously innovating the development mode, exploring the industrial path, increasing investment in independent research and development, and carrying out production and research integration, and has opened up a development path of “advanced technology, short-process technology, clean production, intrinsic safety, high-end organic chemical new materials”. A total of 4.065 billion yuan was raised through the IPO, being the largest chemical enterprise IPO of A shares in Shandong throughout history and the largest IPO project in Shandong in the past five years.
